grateful to be healthy enough to be able to donate blood and make a difference; for it being a quick easy fix to get Papa's phone working again; for receiving my disc of beautiful family photos; for D cooking dinner and getting folded laundry put away; for visiting with a girlfriend.

grateful today for a recovery day since I'm so über sore; for being part of the purple nation; for shopping with Mak; for dinner out with the fam; for my bed.
