today, I am grateful for strong headache medicine; for my sister being able to walk in and get the nurses moving; for two chemo treatments for Uncle Bug; for Reese telling me about her day; and for Mak asking me for stretching help and being excited to show me her progress on her way to meet her flexibility goals.
